Service Description

Our advanced level Lyra classes are tailored to focus on developing the strength and skills necessary to achieve each student's individual goals. Classes include intense conditioning exercises, advanced-level tricks, combos, and flexibility training. In order to thrive in this advanced Lyra class it is a prerequisite to be able to pullover and invert on top and bottom bar. Your instructor may recommend additional intermediate classes before transitioning to advanced.
